The rule book

Each bounty sets a follower minimum, an account-age minimum, and optionally 𝕏 Premium only. You are measured against them the moment you claim. A bounty you were eligible for when you claimed stays claimable — a brand raising the bar afterwards does not reach back and cancel you.

What you can do: The claim screen shows the exact numbers and yours next to them. Other bounties on the board have lower bars.

Stripe cannot send money everywhere. Once we learn your country (from Stripe onboarding) we block claiming rather than let you post for money that could never arrive.

What you can do: Nothing you can fix on your side today. Your existing balance is unaffected.

A bounty states how many posts one creator may make on it. Rejected and forfeited claims do not count against that number.

What you can do: Finish or drop an active claim on this bounty, or take a different bounty.

A bounty accepts claims only while it is open and inside its claim window. Closing a bounty stops new claims; it never cancels a claim already made.

What you can do: A claim you already hold is still good. Submit it as normal.

A banned creator account cannot start new claims. Any balance already earned and cleared stays payable.

What you can do: Reply to the notification you were sent; a ban is a human decision and a human can reverse it.

Some bounties review creators by hand before posting. While that review is open you cannot submit — deliberately, so you never write a post that was never going to count. There is no time limit on you; the clock is on the brand.

What you can do: Wait for the approval notification. Nothing you post before it counts, so don't post yet.

A brand may decline a creator for one of its bounties. That decision covers that bounty only: it is not a platform ban, it does not touch your other claims, and it does not affect your balance.

What you can do: Other bounties are unaffected — including other bounties from the same brand.

The tweet must be published after you claimed, and its URL must be submitted within 1 hour of the tweet's own timestamp. The binding clock is the timestamp on the tweet, not when you opened the submit page.

What you can do: Post again and submit the new URL straight away. Your claim is still open — this rule rejects a submission, not the claim.

The tweet must come from the 𝕏 account attached to this claim. Multiple 𝕏 accounts per person are fine — each one connects, verifies and claims on its own.

What you can do: Submit a post from the connected handle, or claim again from the account you actually posted with.

A tweet id attaches to exactly one claim across the whole platform, permanently. A tweet already used cannot back a second claim, yours or anyone's.

A tweet that is deleted, protected, or on a suspended account cannot be submitted: we cannot measure views we cannot see.

Claiming reserves nothing. A slot is consumed the moment a post is submitted, first come first served. The live slot count is shown on the board, the bounty page, and the submit button itself.

The only links allowed in a paid post are the tracked link we issued you and the brand's own site. Third-party shorteners (bit.ly and friends) are rejected. The destination is re-resolved every hour after approval; changing where it lands forfeits the claim.

What you can do: Repost with the tracked link exactly as shown on the submit screen, then submit the new URL inside the 1-hour window.

When a bounty puts the link in the first reply, that reply must exist before you submit, and it is watched for the whole hold exactly like the post.

Every submission is checked against the brief, the brand's approved-claims list and hard rules, the disclosure requirement where the brand has one, and the other posts on the same bounty (copy-paste and near-duplicates fail). Briefs are guidelines, not scripts: your own words are the point. The checks that run are the ones locked to your claim when you claimed it.

What you can do: The failed rules are listed on your claim, one line each. Write a fresh post that clears them and claim again if the bounty still has slots. Draft-check before posting — it runs the same checks.

Every creator's first submitted post goes to a human reviewer regardless of the bounty's vetting mode. It is not a suspicion and not a penalty; it happens exactly once, and your views are being measured the entire time it is queued.

What you can do: Nothing. Views accrue while it sits in the queue. Every later post skips this step.

The pre-post draft check is limited to 5 runs per creator per bounty per day. The remaining count is shown before you spend one. The draft check is advisory: it never binds the final check, and passing it is not a promise.

What you can do: The limit resets 24 hours after each check you spent. You can still post and submit — the binding check runs on the live post either way.

The post must stay up for the whole hold. If it comes down before the hold ends the claim is forfeited, including when 𝕏 removed it rather than you.

What you can do: Nothing recovers this claim. Future posts stay safe by staying up for the full hold window shown on the claim.

If 𝕏 suspends the account during the hold, the post stops being publicly readable and the claim is forfeited. The rule is about the post being visible for the whole hold, not about who removed it — a post nobody can see is a post the brand did not get.

What you can do: Nothing recovers this claim. If the suspension is lifted and you post again, that new post can back a new claim.

Once a post is approved, its text is frozen. Any change beyond whitespace and capitalisation forfeits the claim. We compare against the exact text that was approved, hourly.

What you can do: Nothing recovers this claim. If a typo bothers you, post a reply — replies are not the post, unless the bounty puts the link in the first reply.

We re-resolve the post's link every hour. If the destination changes after approval the claim is forfeited — the brand paid for traffic to their page.

A post queued for human review can be rejected by the brand. The reason is recorded on your claim, and views stop counting from that moment.

What you can do: The rejection note is on your claim. If you think it is wrong, reply to the notification — a human wrote it and a human can change it.

A view curve that spikes without matching engagement, or that runs more than 50× your own median, freezes the claim for admin review instead of paying automatically. A freeze is not a verdict, your accrued amount is preserved, and you are told the moment it happens — freezing quietly is not something we do.

What you can do: Nothing to do. If it clears, the hold resumes where it left off; if it does not, you get the reason in writing.

Where a frozen claim is rejected after review, the reason is recorded on the claim and sent to you. We do not reject silently and we do not reject by timeout.

What you can do: Reply to the notification. A human made this call and a human can revisit it.

A post below the bounty's view floor (1,000 views by default) pays nothing — not a reduced amount, zero. The floor is shown on the board, on the bounty, on the submit screen, and on the claim itself before you post.

What you can do: The claim still completes cleanly at $0 and counts as a finished post. Nothing is owed by you.

A bounty's rate is gross. At release the post's gross is worked out first — views ÷ 1,000 × rate, capped — and PaidHype takes 15% of it; the rest is yours. The brand pays the same 15% on top of the gross, so both sides fund the platform and neither subsidises the other. The percentage is frozen to your claim the moment you claim: a change to it applies to your next claim and never to one already made. Claims made before the fee existed carry no fee and never will.

What you can do: Your claim page and your locked terms both print the gross, the fee and what you get, before you post and again after release. If the number on a claim disagrees with the 15% shown on the same page, that is a bug — tell us and we will fix the row.

A cashout moves your whole payable balance at once and needs at least $25 payable. Balance below that is not lost or expired — it sits payable until it crosses the line.
